“ I’m a big fan of burgers, and in a world where everyone charges 15 for a basic burger, it’s so refreshing to have a cheaper option that, in my opinion, far exceeds the competition. 7-8 for a burger is great, and 12 for a combo is unheard of. Even fast food can’t match those prices these days. Highly recommend the spartan burger and fries with the fry sauce. My wife likes the fish and chips, and the shakes/ice cream are amazing. The music they play is perfect for the vibe of the place, capturing that old school diner energy. It just feels good to sit in for a while. We’ve never had any issues with staff, and the food has always been great. On busy days, it can take a while for the food to come out, but considering the small kitchen/staff, it’s understandable, and the food still tastes amazing. Anytime they forget a sauce they’re very nice and bring it right out. Honestly I could come every day. ”

I ordered from the outside window, and I liked that I was asked if I wanted to eat in the restaurant (it was a little chilly outside that day). They were inviting. My combo meal was under 12. I had the Swiss mushroom burger with unsalted fries (I asked for unsalted and they noted that in the order). The burger was savory, well cooked. I waited a bit to unwrap it, and when I did, the cheese was nicely melted, and the mushrooms were plenty chewy - but it did not drip and feel messy. It was a great burger and meal, I would order food from here again. ”
